Registered Nurse - Home Health (Full or Part-Time)

St. Barnabas Home Health is growing — and we’re looking for dedicated RNs to join our expanding team. With more patients choosing to recover at home, we need compassionate nurses who want to deliver skilled, meaningful care where it matters most.

This is not “in-and-out” nursing. At St. Barnabas, you’ll have the time and support to provide quality care, build relationships, and truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Complete OASIS assessments (Start of Care, Recert, Resumption, Discharge)
• Provide skilled nursing services: wound care (including complex wounds), IV therapy, and medication management
• Support chronic disease management and patient/family education
• Work closely with PT/OT/ST and the full interdisciplinary team
• Follow CMS, Medicare, and PA DOH standards with confidence and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Prior home health experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of OASIS and CMS skilled nursing criteria
• Reliable transportation and strong time management
